Left click start then Run then type in msconfig hit enter or click ok. Click on the start tab & it will show what services are started at boot time. Unclick those THAT YOU KNOW YOU DON'T NEED AND YOU KNOW WHAT THEY ARE. iN GENERAL IF IT IS A mICROsOFT ROUTINE DO NOT UN CHECKIT!
