It will be difficult for an unskilled end user to determine this. I'm not saying this to hurt your feelings, just being practical. You can see if there are any unusual services running but most good keyloggers will run invisibly. Best to take the machine to a competent local professional (not a BigComputerStore/GeekSquad type of place) for diagnosis.
