My iTunes program for my phone is corrupt (I think). i have tried to delet the software in safe mode and have been unable to uninstall, promp says" installer sevice not working. thanks guys

Safe Mode is designed as a troubleshooting interface in which a lot of Windows services don't run - this ensures that if you have a faulting service or application that you can still attempt some sort of repair. The Windows Installer service (msiserver) does not run in Safe Mode, so unfortunately you can't install/uninstall anything which relies on it. Can you boot into Windows in normal mode and uninstall iTunes there?
