Hi, Could you capture the photos about this customized text and the current welcome screen? They will be helpful. At this time, we can try to perform System Restore for a test.Kim Zhou TechNet Community Support

It sounds like you have the Legal Notice text displayed at logon. Perform a registry backup before performing the following: Click Start, Run, type REGEDIT and hit EnterNavigate to the following reg key:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogonin the right windows pane, look for the "legalnoticecaption" & "LegalNoticeText"Remove any text that is displayed This should clear out your entries._JoeG Dell - Systems Integration Consultant Twitter: @8bits1byte Please remember to click "Mark as Answer" on the post that helps you, and to click "Unmark as Answer" if a marked post does not actually answer your question. Hi, The UI way of doing the same thing is Run -> secpol.msc -> Local Policies -> Security Options -> "Interactive logon: Message text for users attempting to log on" and change/remove the text here.Janaki Hariharan
