I'm trying to dial out a conference call that is not a skype/Lync conference call using Lync 2013 client for windows.

Is there a way I can make a speed dial entry or contact in outlook that will allow me to put in the pause(,) and # ?

I'd like to click a link to dial or cut and paste the number into Lync/Skype

I can do this on my iPhone with no issue, where I put in the conference number and commas pin and #.

From your description above, did you mean you want call a conference host by other UC system using Lync client?

Did you achieve it using IPhone with Lync client or not?

Base on my understanding, you may need to make a special Voice Routing (including Dial Plan, Route, Trunk configuration).

With my iPhone I can type or paste a the number ex: 1800-999-9999,,1234#,,,# which will connect to my conference call without any interaction after I've dialed. I'm looking for similar functionality with the windows Lync client.

Issues I've encountered:

• When I paste the phone number in the dial pad, it removed the , and #
• I cannot type # , until after I'm connected and then I click the phone button in the chat window to bring up the dial pad.
