How can I reconnect a blue tooth mouse in windows 7
I have a bluetooth mouse. Every time when I restart the Windows, the bluetooth connect is disconnected. I cannot find anywhere I can manually reconnect the bluetooh mouse. I have to delete the mouse and search again in order to reconnect the mouse. Anybody can help?

Hi Reach Man, Thanks for posting in TechNet forum. What's the model of your mouse? I recommend you try the following to troubleshoot this bluetooth issue. 1. Manually download and install the latest driver for this mouse to check if it works. 2. Click Start, input services.msc, press Enter. On the right pane, find the Bluetooth Support Service, set the start type to "Automatic" and the service is started. How about the bluetooth works after reboot? 3. If the above doesn't work, please also try a Clean Boot to find if there's any third-party software conflicts. In addition, refer to this: Troubleshoot problems with Bluetooth enabled device. My mouse is an Asus (Logitech OEM). No driver is needed. Look like the problem is the bluetooth service is not started automatically. I have change the setting in the "Service" menu and seem the problem is solved. Thanks
