You need to do a clean install of Windows and that will solve the issues. You should have received the installation CD with the computer. Or if the computer is an OEM machine (Dell, HP, etc.) you may be able to get recovery media from them. This computer was apparently used in a domain and you will have a very difficult time using it at home unless you do a clean install. Both Amazon and NewEgg are still selling XP also. http://michaelstevenstech.com/cleanxpinstall.html - Clean Install How-To http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Reinstalling_Windows - What you will need on-hand You cannot install MS Office Enterprise without the installation media. You can purchase a regular version of MS Office or use one of the free office substitutes like OpenOffice .MS-MVP - Elephant Boy Computers - Don't Panic!
