How can I disable parental controls if the person who controlled the acount has passed away, and has not left the password or email?
My husband passed away a year ago, and has had my daughter's computer locked on parental control. She's had it for quite some time, and we'd like to disable it, but my husband didn't exactly write down his passwords or usernames/emails, and kept it all in his head. We have no idea what his email was, or his passcode (we are looking for the email, but there is little luck), and she'd like it off so she can go on more important websites, or even go on websites that aren't even bad, but messenger locks them anyways. How can we disable it? Can we do it from her account?
