If you have a legitimate problem I would suggest that you post a full question detailing the problem you have experienced, applications you have used, what you have done to try to fix the problem yourself. Press F8 when you turn on the computer, select start Windows in safe mode, no networking and then go to control panel, useraccounts and delete it. You could also perform a system restore from the F8 repair options and choose a point in time prior to the user appearing. It sounds as if the computer has been compromised and Windows 7 should be reinstalled using the clean installation method. Hopefully, your data is backed up. Good Luck!
