How about checkdisk, memory diagnostics, and hard drive diagnostics in the bootup menu.
It would be nice to include all three utilities when we hit F8 during boot, so that we have these vital tools to diagnose problems if Windows starts acting up. I only see the memory diagnostic currently. Especially for notebooks, hard disks are vulnerable to problems and it would be much simpler to include chkdsk or some other scandisk utility at bootup rather than poping the DVD in, and then getting to the command prompt.
