  We do need the actual log files (called a DMP files) as they contain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

You can also take a look of this article in msdn, there might be some small differences between Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 system, but we can take the resolution as refernece.

Hi,

Try using utility called "BlueScreenView" to check which driver (.sys) caused the issue. Once you know the .sys file that causes the issue, you may search for related driver update.

Blue screen view is wrong at least as oftern as it is correct and so it is useless
