Windows Metro style apps include any of the apps using the new app model described in the previous sections. Metro style apps are those apps made for the new touch interface in Windows 8. Metro style apps are only supported from Windows 8 and the only way for end user customers to obtain this type of app will be through the Windows Store.

Since end users are not supposed to use this approach to install these apps. If you decide to install a Windows Store apps are built they are signed using a temporary key for local testing. This requires developers to obtain a developer license/side loading key from Microsoft. I am afraid it requiring develop knowledge base including using the Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) command-line tool or PowerShell cmdlets to add apps lacking Windows Store licenses to a windows image (WIM).
