Hello Lady Day, Internet Explorer 8 is shipped with Windows 7. To start Internet Explorer 8, please try: clicking the Start-orb in the lower-left corner of your screen typing "Internet Explorer" (without the quotation marks) and clicking it for your convenience you should: right-click the 'Internet Explorer'-suggestion and click 'Pin to Start Menu' and right-click the 'Internet Explorer'-suggestion, click 'Sent to >' and click 'Desktop (create shortcut)' I hope this information helped you. With kind regards, Laurenz

Hi, I would like you to know Internet Explorer is a built-in feature on Windows 7. Would you please let me know what version of IE you are running now? Please refer to the following steps to verify it is enabled on the computer. 1. Click Start -> type turn windows features on or off in the search box. 2. Find Internet Explorer 8 and ensure it is selected. Best Regards, Niki Please remember to click "Mark as Answer" on the post that helps you, and to click "Unmark as Answer" if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
