I have an palm pixi plus with a great wifi hotspot plan. Everything worked fine. I changed to a new palm pixi plus. Now  I can connect the hotspot fine to my kindle and another laptop, but when it connect to my hp windows 8.1 it connects but the connection is limited. The connections bounces back and forth between connected and limited, mostly limited. I tried turning off the firewall, did not help.  I did the network connections troubleshooter, did not help.  I did update the phone.
