I'm really stuck at the moment, I have mail I need to access quite urgently, and I am unable to do so. What happens is this: I log into my account on mail.live.com - and it takes forever to open. When it does it's very scrambled looking and all links appear broken. I tried to open mail in Mozilla Thunderbird, however it refuses to 'get mail'. I tried using different browsers, same result in all. I googled the problem, and tried the https:// workarounds, and nothing happened (in fact, the url bar was already set to https://). I tried the Microsoft answers forum, but needed to sign in to post, and the sign in button wouldn't work - nothing seems to on there so I couldn't ask there either! :( At my wits end now! xx

think about this: did you make any change to your system just recently. Change as in new download, any program newly instaled. did you instal a new antivirus program? If yes to any you may want to uninstal, or try a system restore.
