I opened my hotmail account today & all my emails in my inbox are gone. All other boxes & files are there. The only box that is missing emails is the inbox. I have XP Media Center Edition Version '02, Service Pack 3. I do not use Outlook & have 2 hotmail accounts & the other account is fine. Only normal windows updates have been done. Is there a way to recover those important emails in the hotmail inbox that were gone when I opened up the account today. No current problems with the computer either - everything else is running fine. Thanks. I use cable internet & have had no interruption. Last time I checked my email was probably Wed or Thurs day last week & all was fine. No error messages - no problems on this computer. I am the only user. I always type in my user & password for security reasons rather than the app remembering my info. No one knows my hotmail info. I have a laptop. I did send an email to this account & all appears to be functioning. I closed down the app several times & reopened my brower which is FireFox but this account has lost my inbox emails.1 person needs an answerI do too
