My Hotmail & Facebook both were hacked at the same time. It appears they may have been after my contact list. I ran Norton full scan & Microsoft Security Essentials full scan and both came up with nothing. I changed my password on Facebook as per their suggestions and someone posted on my site using my name again today. I checked and my Hotmail had several sent mails with delivery failure notices to which I did not send. I changed my password on my Hotmail today. Is this enough?. How can I stop this person, I really hate to think I have to close my accounts but I need to know if I have done it all and if this is enough. Brenda1 person needs an answerI do too

Check your Windows Security Center/Action Center in control panel and make sure everything is ok and also make sure Firewall is on. update Windows too. For your Hotmail hack case, I suggest to look in : help.live.com and look for help and then contact support for more help. For facebook , I suggest that you follow this link: http://www.facebook.com/help/?page=420 You should NOT run Norton and MSE at a same time , you should chose either one. I also suggest that you contact Symantec (Norton) support for more help. Also you might consider to contact your ISP and get help from them.
