How do I add additional Folders to my Hotmail? When I try to add new folders my computer send a message " you have the maximum number of custom folders". Now MSN has changed by Hotmail so that I cannot even change the name of an existing folder. 1 person needs an answerI do too

You CAN change the name of a folder so DO NOT DELETE any. Windows Live limits the number you have to somewhere around 30. BUT, if you already have more than that you can keep them. Hover the mouse over the Folders tab and you'll see the gear symbol. Click on itt and rename that way. DO NOT DELETE. As for the suggestion of going to Windows Help? Don't waste your time. Google your issue instead.
