Hotfix for KB3013769 & KB3000850
Step by step (for x64)

1.Uninstall KB3013769, restart PC

2.Uninstall KB3014442 and KB3000850, restart PC

oem{num}.inf will removed

3.Re-install KB3000850 and KB3014442, restart PC

4.Open Command Prompt (cmd.exe) (Admin mode)

net stop Spooler

copy %windir%\WinSxS\amd64_ntprint.inf_31bf3856ad364e35_6.3.9600.17415_none_2c0b97e88e705434\Amd64\PS5UI.DLL %windir%\System32\spool\drivers\x64\3\PS5UI.DLL

5.Re-install KB3013769

6.Copy all text & save to XXXX.reg file, after double-click install it.

Updates KB3038701 and KB3034348 also have this BUG, they does not update registry values and files in %windir%\System32\spool\drivers\... folders.

Looks like somebody in Microsoft forget how to make patches. :(

Steps to reproduce:

1. Clean Windows 8.1 with Update 3 Installation

2. Install KB3038701 or KB3034348 or KB3013769

3. Reboot

4. Press "Win+R" and type "eventvwr" without quotes

5. Lets see eight or more "PrintService" RED STOP errors in Administrative Events

KB3013769 and KB3000850 are optional, non-security updates (yes, even though they may be offered as an Important updates). Feel free to hide them & move on with your life.

KB3000850 is already integrated in Windows 8.1 Update 3 and can't be hidden!

KB3013769, KB3034348, KB3038701 as well as KB3000850 are all optional, non-security updates (yes, even though they may be offered as an Important updates). Feel free to uninstall them, reboot & then hide them.

I have no idea "where the FIX is." I neither work for nor represent Microsoft.
