Hoping to exchange the 32-version of Windows 7 Ultimate distributed at the New Efficiency Launch Event for the 64-bit version
I attended the "New Efficiency" Windows 7 launch event in San Francisco on 10/20/09. It was a great event and I learned some useful information.Unfortunately, the version of Windows 7 Ultimate that was distributed at the event was the 32-bit version, and forthe environment that I work in I require the 64-bit version. I understand that the provided key works for both versions, and I am wondering if it is possible to exchange the32-bit media for the 64-bit version.

Unfortunately, the support staffdoesn't seem to have any information related to what was distributed at the event. Does anyone have a Microsoft contact that is familiar with the Windows 7 launch details?
