Homegroups and Libraries - why doesn't this work with mounted folders?
Here I thought homegroups would be a quick way to share folders / printers across all the pcs in my home but one thing I didn't expect was that any added folders to the libraries will not appear in the homegroup. The only folders that did were the main folder (my videos etc) and the corresponding folder. But if I add other folders to the libraries, these folders do not appear in the homegroup. I didn't do any further checking but not sure if there is something up with homegroups and folders on other drives. Anyway, the folders don't appear and I'm trying to figure out why

Hi,In my test, folder which is added to Library should be shared to HomeGroup. If not, please check the permision settings of the shared folder (right click on the file --- Permission --- Secuirty)Here is a message when I trying to link a folder to Librarywhich I do not have permission to access it.
