Recently my computer crashed and had to be reset completely. After it was reset the internet has been running very slowly, but my computer is running at normal speed. I have Norton Anti-virus, and every time I get on the internet I get a message from Norton saying High Memory Usage. I've tried Firefox and google crome but neither will make the internet run faster. Does anyone know what I can do?
