High Disc Usage from windows modules installer worker

Hi,

This has been happening for a few weeks now but i have noticed my Laptop has been running very slow lately. I have a decent Toshiba laptop with 16g RAM and 64bit operating system. Just today i noticed my Disc usage was at 100% and it says that windows modules installer worker was using most of it. Ive tried a full nortan scan but it did nothing. It would be great if you could help me out :)
