Ive rummaged through the simillar post and questions about this topic, but to no avail, the problem still occours. This isnt something that happens once or twice an hour, but something that plagues my computer making the most mudain tasks tedious. Ive seen many time the request to make a xperf trace and to post results. Hopfully someone can see something I dont and can make light of this situation.

After analyzing your performance log, I noticed that the dwm.exe occupied high disk usage.

Since this process is used to display good appearance on your computer, please try to update your video card driver from manufacturers website, and if there is any 3^rd part video card management installed, lets temporarily remove it to see whats going on.

Meanwhile, please let me know if the issue still persists once we use best performance option under System properties:
