Have you tried rebooting? I had this happen with one of my network printers but after I rebooted it was there.

First, please let us know if there are other devices in Devices and Pritners, and your pritner's detail model. If there is an icon for your machine in Devices and Pritners, please right click it and check if there is a Printer Properties menu item.In addition, you can use the UI from the spooler team, run printmanagement.msc to manage your printers. Good luck! John

"there's nothing in the devices window”? sorry for not clear enough in my last post, I do not mean try to find this printer in Devices & Printers list, pls locate your PC under the list of Devices (the icon named with your computer name), right click it and can you find this printer now? I assume you can find it in printmanagement.msc, correct?John
