In XP we had a status bar with a simple design telling us what was happening to our beloved PCs when we were in transition between coming and going from hibernation/ Now with new windows 7 when hibernation is started or the pc is wakeing up you are not told anything... you are sitting there watching your computer and hopeing that it does what is required.. I have a very fast new laptop. It took me 3 minutes to recover from a basic hibernation with minimal tasks running. When I got back into windows the logon screen went a lil silly and i got my first win 7 BSOD. So all in all, everything is fine, recovered my word docs and all. But can we have a task bar or something showing coming or going from hibernation please? Fingers Crossingly Yours Gooooody
