Lukasz - You qualify if you own a previous copy of Windows (XP or Vista). You can generally upgrade to the equivalent edition - i.e. XP Home -> Win 7 Home Premium or Vista Business -> Win 7 Professional. You did mention you have Vista - but not which edition. As long as it's legit, there shouldn't be a problem. But... There's a more pressing problem I see here - Windows 7's installer requires a copy of whatever previous OS you're upgrading from to be WORKING when you go to install it. The installer loads in the previous version and does it's checks to see if the OS passes WGA while it's running from inside the OS. It'll then reboot and proceed with installing the new upgrade. So then, you can buy the upgrade, but in order to make use of it, you will need to get Vista back up and running - if only to prove to the installer that it's a legit copy. Have you tried a Vista repair install to see if that fixes the problem you're having?

Yeah I will do that thanks. I already made a thread I will buy Windows 7 HomePremium upgrade. I will try to install Vista as well and SP1. I have Windows Vista HomePremium and I bought my laptop in 2007, if I bought my laptop 2009 then Asus would sent me the upgrade for free
