An attempt to allocate memory failed. The system is out of memory. Account: 'pop3.live.com', Server: 'pop3.live.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 995, Secure(SSL): Yes, Error Number: 0x8007000E How or where do I get more memory? The issue only started yesterday2 people need an answerI do too

Bruce, this sounds more like a problem with Outlook Express or his PC than a Windows Live issue. Even I faced this problem a few days back. Even after ensuring that adequate space is available in hard disk, this problem in Outlook Express is not solved. I do not have problem in working with Excel, Word, etc. this problem is restricted to OE only.

That is a catchall message in OE and it usually indicates folders.dbx is corrupt.
