Help with Internet connection.
I have Internet connection but cannot get on to the Internet!! Then when I diagnose the problem it says speak 2 the manufacturer!! Please help? It's a brand new laptop!

It can be one of many places along the system' patch to the remoter site.Since you did not provided any real technical info I cannot say anything specific.-----------Wire? Wireless?
