Hello Dears,We had started installing Windows 7 in our company from Vista, We have two windows 2003 domain controllers. I had updated the windows 2003 domain policy store by copying vista policydefination to sysvol/~/policydefinations and configred GPO from my vista workstation. and configured GPO for folder redirection and power management.After installing windows 7 all the GPOs are intact and policy settings are working fine.My question is can i do the same procedure to update the policy store on windows 2003 DCs by replacing with windows 7 policydefination.will it have any effect on GPOs ?is there any GPO migration procedure?Best RegardsFarhan Parkar

Should be fine. Normally, Windows Vista cannot read some Windows 7 GPOs. As you configred GPOs on Windows Vista, they should be worked. Hope it helps.
