My HP laptop has become VERY slow and freezes up alot.I bought it on Oct.23,2009 and has been fixed several times under the waranty.,but it's never been like this.I have Kapersky Antivirus installed on it that I renewed the last time it was being fixed.My ISP provider is DMAX 1mg. and my modem is fine.I can't watch a video anymore because of it's slowness or play games.Any sugesstions.Also I don't know much about computers.My computer is running Windows 7. I thought that system was faster than regular Vista.1 person needs an answerI do too
