Help me with my Dell Inspiron 1420 laptop unable to login to its administrator account
I have a Dell inspiron 1420 model latop. But however for some reason, i am facing the same problem, when i click on my admin account, it says'The user profile service failed the logon. The user profile cannot be found' too. P. de Cleir's method out, but somehow it did not work when i went to the boot menu, there was no safe mode for selection. I hope u can tell me what is the problem. Is there a solution to it, as my sub account has no chinese character which i need for my school work and i have no control as most of the important data, and my family photos that i have kept are stored in the administrator account. I hope you can help me with this problem, this computer is near useless without its administartor account. Hope to see your rply soon, NeedHelp97

Hope to see your rply soon, NeedHelp97 Use this tutorial : http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/130095-user-profile-service-failed-logon-user-profile-cannot-loaded.html From the tutorial above, under TIP column....... If the steps in the tutorial below do not help or you wish to try this first, then: You could also try doing a System Restore at boot using a restore point dated before the this error to see if it may be able to fix this. If you do not want to repair the user profile, you can delete it and create a new user account in OPTION TWO. If this still does not work for you, then you will be left with doing a clean install for your Upgrade or Full version of Vista or Windows 7. Try the option at this link: Rob Brooks-Bilson's Blog: Fix for Vista's: The User Profile Service service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded If it solves your problem, I did it. If it does not, my twin brother did it.
