Help installing Windows Security Essentials
I have the virus "Antivirus XP 2010" on my netbook. (Despite having Norton antivirus software, but we won't go there).I am trying to download Microsoft Security Essentials. It will not run. It asks which program I should use to run it and recommends Adobe 8.1. Is the virus causing this glitch? How can I remedy this?1 person needs an answerI do too

First thing you need to do is get rid of the virus. If you can, download, install, update and run a full scan with Malwarebytes (free version) utility. If it finds and removes the virus, then you should be able to download MSE.Rosie Please post back to this thread with results or if you need more assistance.
