I installed windows 7 onover 100 systems in a school lab networkand all was good including the help system.But after connecting to the internet to activate, the help systemnow looks and behaves funny. I lo longer get answers to questions I type,images are missing and I see the string "__elbauser__" a number or times in the help text.Please does anyone knowanything I couldhave donewrong?Emma.

This doesn't fix the problem. I just came across this problem (again, after install-in-place about a year ago that fixed this). The problem "fix" above just tells Windows to use online help, while offline help is still broken. How can we FIX this?
