Help and Support facility broken?
Did a clean install of Windows 7 32
bit, but found that Help and Support was broken searches
always produced 0 results, even for simple test questions.Reformatted the hard drive and
performed a clean install of the 64 bit version, but Help still not
working.
Is Help working for others? If yes,
how can I fix it the problem?

Yes I get the same result.I would guess that the full helpcontent is not updated until later in the development cycle, as functionality will change and features may be added/removed and the help will need to be changed to reflect that.

As a possible solution to the original question: "searches always produced 0 results, even for simple test questions.", I've been having the same problem. While 'fiddling' around with the Help Window, I noticed a drop-down at the bottom-right that switches between "Get online Help" and "Get offline Help"; the defaultbeing Online. When I switched it to OfflineHelp now works. Toggled back to Online, it's broken again! (What fun. Looks like one o' them there new 'features' I keep hearin' 'bout.) See if that's what's going on in your case, too.
