It just means there is no event log information for event ID on the TechNet site.

This is not a windows issue.

Meanwhile, windows 8.1 is a new version. So, there are not many articles related to driver event log  on TechNet.

We need to wait for update.

I understand but mistakes like the ones I had in Vista 64 and that are repeated in WIN 8 (same event ID) not found in TN? So the library ID errors and is divided by the operating system and not by type of error?
