Hi, I am in need of some help. When deleting some emails, my HP laptop running windows 7 professional started behaving oddly in the sense that I could not input any texts into the email, microsoft word or into web browsers, I then restarted the computer. However, on the logon page which shows my name, I cannot input any words into the password field. The only 2 buttons on the keyboard that gets a response (of showing in the password field) is the enter key and the the backspace. I have read some posts where people have experienced similar issues, and I have tried the steps of starting in safe mode with networking (the problem is not solved as I am taken to the login page of win 7 professional again and still cannot input anything except for the enter and backspace keys) and also have tried restarting in the "last known good configuration (advanced)" mode with the same problem of encountering the logon page. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would be greatly greatly appreciative, thanks a million! Best regards, Clarence
