Help I can't reinstall OS
I have a MSI laptop and I want to fresh install. My laptop come with Windows 8. I want to delete everything fresh because my laptop is very slow lately. I have windows 7 ultimate on my USB, When
I stick my USB in what do I press when screen is starting up? f2? f3? etc? I tried everything unless I'm doing something wrong. i never fresh install a OS before can someone help me please? really appreciated. I want to dlete everything and start fresh, like
I said ive already have windows 7 ultimate on my USB. But i dont know how to install it on my msi ;
Another way i tried was I press window + w and click 'remove everything and reinstall windows' but when i click on it nothing comes up. I tried clicking others but same thing happens nothing shows up. Help please my laptop is really slow and i cant work

If you want to boot from USB, you should open your BIOS setting and set your first boot to USB, you could refer to your PC manual to learn more about doing this.
If your laptop come with Windows 8, why you want to install Windows 7?
Note that license for Windows 8 won't work for Windows 7.
In Windows 8, you could use Refresh or Reset, instead of format and reinstall Windows:

Thats the thing I can't refresh or reset when i press it nothing happens. Can you Team view me? that would be alot much easier on your end so I can show you why my laptop cant refresh or reset. Also, I dont have the disk i lost them all. Thank you. Please

press the "delete" key while the system is booting up to enter the BIOS ?

So the issue is focused on how to boot from usb? First please make sure that is a bootable usb, then you should find your PC model, different manufacture has different BIOS boot settings, so just as mentioned in the first reply, refer to the user manual
to find how to boot into BIOS.
