Help I'm desperate
HELP -I have a Dell Desktop, running Windows8.1 - My landlord was trying to help so he went on a Dell site to restore/refresh my puter. NOW I'VE LOST 3 YRS. OF WORK, I can not locate my files. The DEADLINE for me to find them is TOMORROW

I suspect you are out of luck.
What kind of "work" are you missing?
Did he do a refresh, or a reset?
Do you have a backup we can help you restore?
