During uninstallation my computer got crazy and after it I accessed explorer icon on taskbar and could'nt do so... So I restarted the computer and started getting this error "Windows Boot Manager Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem: 1. Insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer. 2. Choose your language settings and click "Next." 3. Click "repair your computer."# Status: 0xc000000e I tried repairing from my startup repair disc and it said that the errors have been repaired but still I am getting this error. Also right now I am able to access Ubuntu on my same laptop but cannot start windows. Please help..... Info: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible"

You need the system repair disc to boot off of, then you need to check you bcdedit settigns with bcededit from cmd, and also you can use bootsect as well. Or use a PE windows 7 disc. Or try ultimate boot disc to try and fix your PC. You can also recover your computer if you have the recovery DVDs or partition.
