APC_INDEX_MISMATCH (1)
This is a kernel internal error. The most common reason to see this
bugcheck is when a filesystem or a driver has a mismatched number of
calls to disable and re-enable APCs. The key data item is the
Thread->KernelApcDisable field. A negative value indicates that a driver
has disabled APC calls without re-enabling them. A positive value indicates
that the reverse is true. This check is made on exit from a system call.
Arguments:
Arg1: 8426c9a5, address of system function (system call)
Arg2: 00000000, Thread->ApcStateIndex << 8 | Previous ApcStateIndex
Arg3: 0000ffff, Thread->KernelApcDisable
Arg4: 00000000, Previous KernelApcDisable

Please use memtest86+ to check your RAM. If errors were detected, contact your manufacturer Technical Support or replace the faulty one.
I have seen multiple drivers that have not been updated since 2009. Please update them and uninstall all programs that you don't use. Also, perform a full scan on your disks to detect and uninstall malware programs.

Hi,
First, I suggest that you may take following steps to prevent an error like this from happening again:
1. Download and install updates and device drivers for your computer from Windows Update.
2. Scan your computer for computer viruses.
3. Check your hard disk for errors.
I checked the dump file and get the same result as Mr.X. If the issue problem still occurs after you following the suggestion above. Please also refer the following to troubleshooting:
I find you use 3G RAM via Dual Channel, I suggest try to plug off one of RAM and check this problem. If the issue persists, replace the RAM to the other one. Since I suspect that this problem is caused by the hardware.
Please understand, to solid troubleshoot this kind of kernel crash issue, we need to debug the crashed system dump and analyze the related source code if needed. Debugging is beyond what we can do in the forum. I recommend that you can contact Microsoft Customer Service and Support (CSS) via telephone so that a dedicated Support Professional can assist with your request. Please be advised that contacting phone support will be a charged call.
To obtain the phone numbers for specific technology request please take a look at the web site listed below:
