Earlier on today before i went to school, my laptop was perfectly fine, it was able to detect my wireless connection at home, but in school, after my friend touched on my network setting or whatever that i do not know of, i went home and found out that my laptop suddenly can't detect any setting. I really don't know what wrong is it.. i tried playing around with it but still can't work.. As i know nuts on it, someone please help.. -Joseph

can you try a system restore to before your friend changed the settings? if a restore works, that certainly is the easiest... Hi Joseph, I am guessing that the wireless card might be turned off. Please make sure the wireless light is turned on, you can press Fn + WLAN keys to turn on the wireless network card. BTW, please go to Device Manager to check if the wireless network card driver is installed correctly. You can try updating the driver. 1) Click Start and type: devmgmt.msc in the Search box. 2) Open Device Manager and expand Network adapters. 3) Right click the wireless network card and click Update Driver Software. 4) Click Search automatically for updated driver software. Best Regards Dale
