Help! i need all of your help now! my PC can't boot up with Windows 8

my PC is:

Toshiba P775D, DDR3 6.0GB RAM, 1.40 GHz Maximum CPU Speed.

the problem is

when i turned the computer on, it's boot successfully but when it done booting and starting to say Welcome, THE SCREEN BECOME BLACK AND Suddenly show a BSOD. it's said CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED. after i see so much forums, it didn't help. when i try to reinstall windows 8 from DVD, the Hard Drive is not detected. but when i open load driver, my files is there. it's showing all my files. when i try to Refresh my PC, it's said "The Drive where Windows is installed is locked. Unlock the drive and try again". i've tried for more then 10 times. the only way to boot up is unplug the charger and then plug it again. but, that way have a problem too. when Windows 8 have successfully boot up and i can do anything. the Hard drive is alwasy 100% and cpu speed 1.90 GHz. when you see that is over the cpu speed. cpu speed is only 1.40GHz. after 10 minutes, BSOD come and say CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED. i can't go to safe mode too. the're is no safe mode option. so, what i should do?

If you cant get it to advanced boot menu then you should boot through the CD or usb of windows 8 installer and choose the repair windows option and from there you can restore it to earlier point

You must run the Win8 DVD in UEFI mode. Booting in MBR mode fails to detect GPT drives.

i've open that link but, i told you i can't find a option called "Windows startup behaviour" the option only Refresh your PC, Reset your PC, or Advanced Option. at Advanced option only Command Prompt, System Restore, System image recovery and automatic repair. and the only working option is only Command Prompt and Reset your PC
