Theres a thing called " System Tool " And I dont know how to get rid of it. I didnt download anything so im guessing windows has done this. System Tool replaces my background with stuff saying " protect your pc! buy the security! ". Also it wont let me go on any windows stuff or my internet. I am ON the internet right now because I made a new Windows account. So I was wondering if i could move everything I WANT out of my " infected " account into this new one I am using.
