hi i have used mbsa for quite a few years. i am a system builder from back before windows nintyeight. recently i got something that finally beat me. i have never been beat down like this before with a pc issue than this one. hell.exe has disabled me completely to the point where i lost all of my customers as well as the faith that they had in my ability to comfort thier issues with pcs. if anyone has a fix for this and can lend me a hand i would truly be greatfull. i used pmon.exe to find it stored in my memory and its putting out forty page faults.

Acenpmt, I asume that your Hell.exe is mallware. (You can verify this by uploading the executable to virustotal.com) So the best way how you clean your computer is: Download & install MBAM (http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_pro) Update MBAM to the latest virus definitions Reboot your machine and startup in safe mode (F8 before the windows boot screen) Scan the entire machine with MBAM.
