This problem has happened before, but I dont remember how to fix it. My headphones will still work with my laptop but once I take the headphones out, the speakers do not work. Is there a way I can turn the speakers back on?1 person needs an answerI do too

Mr.SullikatFrom the control Panel open the sounds & audio devices and see that mute is not checked. In the sounds tab select windows default from the drop down list and hit Ok.If this does'nt help check the volume of your speakers built in your laptop.Finally be sure that your sounds driver is installed properly.
