Having trouble connecting to the net.
Hello. I was sitting around playing World of Warcraft today, excited at how close I am to get level 80, when suddenly my internet cut out. This happened yesterday, but it lasted about 10 minutes. It's been 7 hours. It keeps telling me that it's a DNS issue, but sometimes MSN tells me that my gateway is offline. It's not working whether I use wireless or not. I don't think it's the router seeing as I've used 2 and the computer I'm on now is working fine. Any help is much appreciated!

Hi, Does the solution in the above article helps you to resolve the issue? If the issue persists, please let us know the operation system on the other computer. If it is Windows XP, please let us know the model of the router.Arthur Xie - MSFT

Hi, When you access www.google.com, please enter 216.239.61.104 in Address Bar of IE. Can you access? If IE still does not access the website, the issue should not be related to the DNS. Maybe IE is blocked by accessing network. I suggest that you temporary disable the anti-virus and firewall, then check the result. If the issue persists, I suggest that you upgrade the network adapter driver. Arthur Xie - MSFT
