I Can't use the touch screen after the last update. Tried Refresher and that did not help

the last step will be going back to factory default

I have the same problem with my Surface 2. MSFT Support Netherlands told me that it is a problem with all Surface 2 and that there will be an update to fix ist. I installed the lates updates yesterday, problem still not solved. Anyone with the same problem? Is there any news from MSFT about this?
