Ok, so I'm having a problem. My computer is allways shutting down when I'm doing something with the Origin. Recently, I'm trying to download BF4 and it's allways shutting down. But it's not a PSU problem. Instead, I checked the event logs, and I saw this:

"A fatal alert was generated and sent to the remote endpoint. This may result in termination of the connection. The TLS protocol defined fatal error code is 43. The Windows SChannel error state is 252."

I don't know if it's related, but I already tried to search and got no luck. Please help me :(

Did the issue only occurred when you use the IE or online services?

I suggest we uncheck TLS 1.2 in IE to check the result.

Open IE>tools>Internet options>Advanced, uncheck TLS 1.2.

If the issue persists, please check the following location to see if there is a dumpfile.

C:\Windows\Minidump

Meanwhile, please check your event view to see if there are more errors in it.
