I have a Rosewill router on my PC. I purchased a used laptop computer with wifi capability and although I have a connection on the laptop, I cannot connect to the internet. My local area connection states, "network cable unplugged, firewalled. I would appreciate any advice in simple terms. Thank you!!! The router worked on other laptops.1 person needs an answerI do too

It's not the local area connection that you're intersted in there - it's the wireless connection.
